At Ombi Travel you will be working closely with me, Jennifer Ferreira. I am the Chief Excitement Officer (CEO), your “Travel Together” group host and proud owner of Ombi Travel and responsible for making your next “Travel Together” group vacation an “ombi” vacation.
With over 20 years of customer service experience, I understand that empathy, clear and concise communication and honesty are key to my success in looking after all your group travel needs.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE everything about travel. From meeting new people, seeing new places, experiencing different cultures and eating way too much food, travel is everything!
Growing up, my family never had a lot of money so I used my imagination and dreamt of all the places I wanted to see. It wasn’t until later in life that I began to finally make some of those dreams come true and now I want to help everyone experience their dreams of travel.
I am passionate about helping your group experience travel that will excite and transform them all while breaking down barriers, and allowing everyone to see travel from a new perspective.
